Dementia as an invisible disability – A Dementia Enquirers project from SUNshiners

The purpose of this nationwide study is to investigate the public’s perception regarding the invisibility of dementia. The study contains a short survey which will take no longer than 5 minutes to complete. The data collected will not identify individuals and it will only be used for the purpose of this study.
