Dementia as an invisible disability – A Dementia Enquirers project from SUNshiners

The purpose of this nationwide study is to investigate the public’s perception regarding the invisibility of dementia. The study contains a short survey which will take no longer than 5 minutes to complete. The data collected will not identify individuals and it will only be used for the purpose of this study. Your responses will be very much appreciated. There will be links at the end of the survey if you require any further information. We do ask that you only complete the survey if you are over the age of 18 and are a UK resident – Thank you.
