Your Project
Dementia UK are currently developing a ‘core outcomes set’ for Admiral Nurses. A core outcomes set is an agreed set of tools used to measure the impact of a service or intervention. In this case, the core outcomes set will be used to measure the impact of Admiral Nurses in all services across the UK. At the moment, different tools are used depending on the Admiral Nurses and the service they provide. The advantage of everyone using the same tools is that Dementia UK as a charity can demonstrate the value of Admiral Nurses much more easily and effectively.
This is a very important project for Dementia UK and will shape the work of Admiral Nurses in the future, so your contributions to the project would be extremely valuable and highly appreciated.
