Carers Trust Wales – Carers Trust Wales have published Caring for someone with dementia: A guide for family and friends, a comprehensive resource that brings together the practical information and emotional guidance that carers need to support their own well-being.
The guide has been developed in partnership with Wales’ Network Partners and include contributions from carers, Community Pharmacy Wales, Age Cymru and Professor Alison Wray of Cardiff University.
It is now available to download in English and Welsh from www.carers.org/wales/dementia-carers.
RNIB: Accessible healthcare information survey
RNIB want to hear about how your local health services communicate with you and if you are receiving important information, such as details about upcoming appointments, medication or test results in a way that is accessible for you.
They are also interested in hearing about your experiences during the 2020 coronavirus pandemic, including whether you were able to access the information you needed in an appropriate format.

NPC (National Pensioners Convention) Wales Digital inclusion/exclusion survey
NPC Wales is aware of the growing problem facing older people in accessing services that they need which has been heightened by the Covid-19 crisis, with many services now only accessible online.
NPC Wales wants to ask older people in Wales about their experiences in using and accessing these services and also what is needed to support older people to get online.
