Still alive and kicking, FRIENDS for LIFE DEEP Nottingham “Ay’e up mi duck”
The group still has around 26 attending, we still have monthly meetings as well as weekly swim, leisurely walks now increased to 2 now available, and of course a mini bus trip out with the aid of Trent Dementia. A visit to the Black Country Museum, where scenes were shot for “Peaky Blinders”.

What a fabulous day out at “The Black Country Museum”. Great value and every corner filled with interest and memorabilia. The staff around the site were excellent at providing entertaining information. Trent Dementia (Jane & Ghazal) organised brilliantly. Thank you both.
