Kirklees Dementia Hub have created a wonderful new resource with your help!
The booklet is aimed at people who are going to their GP with concerns about a possible dementia. The booklet is called ‘Spotting the signs of dementia’.
Terryann Shaw writes:
“You might remember we shared a draft GP booklet with DEEP members last year and we received many very valuable comments and suggested amendments from people with dementia. So we hope we have done it justice.
We are going to launch locally during Dementia Action Week in May.”
