Many of you may know that Dementia Diaries is one of the pieces of work at Innovations in Dementia, as is the DEEP Network. So we are all weaved together in one way of another.

Gail is a Dementia Diarist and has recorded this very powerful piece about finding her peace. She came along to  a Zoom session in the early days of lockdown and from then on became involved in many activities online and off line – including the wonderfully successful DEEP Hug Bears.
