Kirrie Connections has been invited to join Age Scotland and The Life Changes Trust’s new Dementia Policy and Practice Forum, which has now been renamed “About Dementia”.
The forum will be splitting into a variety of subgroups to discuss specific issues, and we are delighted that they have asked us to host the first meeting of the Transport and Mobility subgroup, as they are keen to make sure that the rural perspective is heard.
The meeting will take place on Friday 15th November between 11.30am and 1.30pm, and we would like to invite any members of the Kirrie Connections Advisory Group with an interest to attend. There will be some interesting guest speakers on the day, Andy Hyde from’ Go Upstream’ and Carl Greenwood from ‘Paths for All’.
Lunch will be provided.
