The Happy Go Luckies have been running again for two weeks now in a big church hall where social distancing is easy in the lay of table and chairs. It’s a work in progress and different to what we are use to as in we can’t put props on the tables and everything has to be wiped down, but we are adapting well. This is a photo of the lay out its hard to get a photo of us as a group due to social distancing but there are nine of us now.

(An extra note from Katie The “no touching me, touching you” in the list above comes from sweet Caroline as we love to hold hands to that song and can’t for the moment )
- we always wipe down the surfaces after every use
- each member has had an individual pack made up for them by me of pens pencils etc so no cross contamination happens
- we have lunch and refreshments sent over to us and its all disposable so we throw it away after
- they all have their individual cups for teas and coffees
- toilets are cleaned after each individual use
- risk assessments are in place
- a COVID checklist (click on this link to view) questionnaire copy copy is completed each week by the Happy Go Luckies families to check they haven’t been in contact with anyone or their family with COVID and all temperatures are taken before the day club starts.
