Empowered Conversations are inviting professionals to join them and their team of practitioners, academics and people with lived experience to explore the transformative role that relationships and communication can play to enable people with dementia to continue to live the life they want for longer.
Through keynote speakers, workshops and panel debates, delegates will gain an insight into a range of multi-disciplinary perspectives that can inform dementia practice and commissioning.
