The LGBT Foundation, the National LGB&T Partnership, Switchboard (in Brighton and Hove) and the National Dementia Action Alliance will be partnering with the Guinness Partnership, who have helped to fund a Bring Dementia Out programme coordinator to help scale this piece of work on a wider level. https://lgbt.foundation/JOBS
Well done again to everyone who has been such a big part of making this happen! It is a great example of an innovation that has been co-designed, developed and tested through working together with people affected by dementia and other organisations – and now some of the organisations who we have worked closely with are taking this forward to scale it.
