Grants of between £250 – £1,000 are available for change makers, movers and shakers, Voluntary and Community Groups, Third Sector Organisations and social enterprises in Denbighshire to initiate community led activity to raise awareness about dementia in their local communities.
Grants are available for events, activities, and training sessions, which can raise awareness about dementia in communities, and encourage people to turn awareness into action and improvement in their communities.
The application deadline is 5pm on 30/06/19.
The grant must be spent by 28/02/20, and the monitoring report must be completed and returned by 20/03/20.

If you require additional funding for your project/activity, you may be eligible for the Welsh Church Act grant which would allow you to apply for up to a further £500.
