I can’t quite believe it is nearly the end of February already!
Hoping you are all well and enjoying the first sprouting’s of spring …
I have a few important pieces of information which I would be really grateful if you could share as widely as possible with your group. I am only able to write to you this way, but I do hope that the message will be transmitted to all DEEPers.
First of all, after a very busy 2022 10th Anniversary year we have been working backstage on making sure that the legacy of 2022 stays alive as a resource for everybody.
If you go to the anniversary pages, you will find films and recordings which we hope you will find of interest to share with the group and watch together. It all absolutely does what it says on the tin, and I hope you agree that, for me, it sums up the value of the DEEP Network. Bringing people together from across the UK to share, learn and support.

Our DEEP News:
Do you pick up your copy of Our DEEP News and think you’d like to see something different?
I’m going to start two sessions a month with a particular focus on
1) content for an outdoor page. This could be about your garden, walking, nature or outdoor activities like football!
2) content for a culture page. This could be recommendations of books, films, tv, radio, music – anything!
The idea is that we will come together once a month to discuss what the content should be on these pages and encourage DEEPers to submit items for these pages.

The second session will be on the cultural page and will take place on Tuesday 21st February at 12.30 by Zoom.
If you’ve got ideas but can’t join in these sessions please feel free to email me your thoughts.
If anybody fancies taking on leading editor for either of these pages please also let me know.
Zoom Peer Support for all DEEPers
There will be a Zoom (open to all DEEPers ) on Wednesday 1st March at 12.30 with a focus on sustainability and growth of your group – please let me know if you would like to attend and I will send the Zoom link.
