A new face to face project for people and their families that are on a dementia journey. Sessions will be held at our base, The Ffwrnes Fach in Llanelli. Each session will be facilitated by our trained facilitators and will follow a different theme and be led by a guest artist or storyteller. Also joined by members of the new dementia Carmarthenshire Coalition. This will be a time to be you!
